At Hamxi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used fragrances or cosmetics
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@hamxi.shop with:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for the return

We will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at admin@hamxi.shop within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@hamxi.shop.
